Kale and Seaweed Salad by Lauren Amerson

Ok so I have been so bad, really really bad by posting all of these super unhealthy recipes I had to post one good one this evening. 


Kale and Seaweed Salad by Lauren Amerson 

6 leaves curly kale
1/2 cup dulse seaweed
1 tablespoon raw sesame seeds
2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
1/2 teaspoon nama shoyu, tamari or coconut aminos
1/2 teaspoon ginger root, grated fine
1/4 cup carrot, shredded
De-stem kale and roughly chop.
In a large mixing bowl, add chopped kale, nama shoyu and olive oil. Massage kale until soft and bright green.
Soak dulse in water for one minute.
Add the remaining ingredients and combine.
Spoon into bowl or plate, and sprinkle with a few more sesame seeds and shredded carrot
