Strength: Wall Slides
Stand with your back against a wall, feet hip width apart and about 12 inches away from the wall. Keeping your abs tight and your back against the wall, bend your knees to about 45 degrees. Hold for 5 seconds, then return to standing. Do 10 reps. For a greater challenge, work up to bending your knees to 90 degrees as though sitting in a chair.
