Lie on your back with both knees bent and feet flat on the floor. Grasp the front of your right shin with both hands and pull your knee toward your chest, as far as is comfortable. Leave your left foot planted, or extend it straight out if it’s comfortable to do so. Hold for 20 to 30 seconds, then release to start position. Repeat on the opposite side.
