According to Dr. Bob Bell Peppers also will give us a healthy Confident Smile. I'm super glad to see this one as in my household we eat quite a bit of peppers, to include all of the colors. Red, yellow, and orange bell pepper provide a source of Vitamin C which is healthy for one's gums.
