Drinking 2 cold glasses of water in the morning when you wake up and before you eat breakfast should eliminate any toxins and re hydrate your brain.  Its so funny I have always used coffee to assist me in this effort.  But if it's going to also kick start my metabolism, I'm all about it.  I will keep you posted as I attempt this schedule.
